Director

Candidate should be proficient in relevant legal employment & compliance
issues, i.e. (Workman's Comp. & Claims, EEOC, Harassment, etc.).
Extensive recruitment knowledge (Management, I.T., Key Staff, Perm., Contractual,
Temp., Exit Interviews, etc.). Create and Implement Policy &
Procedures in this Growing Company. Experience with OFCCP, Cobra,
Payroll, SERP. Candidate should be innovative, able to juggle many
tasks that a growing firm encounters, which include: Employee/Family
conseling, background checks, reward incentives for exceptional employees,
etc. This poisition supervises 1 H.R. Generalist, though the Department
is expected to grow in the near future. Salary pertains to
experience.
