Education: : BSEE or MSEE

 Skills:

• Extensive experience with C, X, KU, KA and Q Band Convert
• Knowledge of Synthesizers and PLL’s.
• Low phase source noise design, simulation and lab experience.
• Microwave and mmWave Hybrid chip and wire experience as well as high frequency PCB experience.
• Good solid digital and analog electronics skills.
• Good communication and proposal writing skills.
• Technical design strength.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

SKILLS:

Conceptualizes, plans, designs, analyzes microwave components for customer specification.
Provide project leadership and technical support as required.
Support product development from concept through transfer to production
Interface with manufacturing to assist with resolving production and technical problems.
Interface with customers and potential customers on technical issues and in the design phase on new products.
Write technical proposals, estimate costs and manage projects from concept to product launch
Interface with Sales and Marketing Team in responding to requests for quotes and opportunities for new business

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have experience with designing microwave components, for example filters or antennas.
Must have strong analytical and design methodology skills.
HFSS modeling skills a must.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, and RF Test equipment.

EDUCATION:

Requires Minimum BSEE and 4 + years Microwave RF Component Design Experience
Experience with high power devices and ferrite device a plus.
