Director of Engineering

Plans, manages and directs all the engineering activities. Ensures that all engineering 
projects and initiatives are in accord with Company practices, policies and procedures 
and marketing requirements.

Candidate Critical Skills:

• 10 or more years of documentable successful and increasingly responsible. engineering leadership experience in industrial products and manufacturing of Actuators, Military fluid tanks valves, and controls. 

• Industrial or Military manufacturing experience is a plus.  Supervise 30+.

• Engineers in all projects, performance and R&D. 

• Strong machine shop background highly useful. 

• Ability to utilize Lean and Six Sigma processes in an engineering environment. 

• Ability to lead and drive a performance based organization supported by process discipline and measurement systems. 

• Leadership style that reflects dynamic communication and relationship collaboration. 

• Superior presentation skills. 

• Ability to successfully interface with customer's engineering, purchasing, and maintenance organizations.

Qualifications:
At least a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical.  A Masters degree in engineering is highly desirable.

Master Materials Planner

• Develops and implements strategies that minimize the cost related to procurement

• Evaluate UICs for applicability to product under development
